For example, Florida International University jumped into the top 100 in 2015, yet is ranked over 50 spots below that among peers. Tulsa has risen from #99 in 2012 to #72 in 2015, yet is still ranked as the #116 school by academics. Louisiana State and Arkansas are very popular among people who hire entry-level attorneys, yet rank much lower among peers. And despite jumping 8 spots in the 2015 rankings, Brigham Young University was still pulled down by their peer assessment score. Imagine how high they could’ve climbed without that albatross!
